Another week has passed by.. The time is going so fast! This week we had showcase in school. It is the biggest performance the school has during the year and all magnets are doing something in it. I was playing guitar with everyone from my magnet. Alena and I were the first exchange students to be in the showcase. She is in dance and all dancers were performing as well as all guitar students. It was really fun but exhausting. We started with checking sound and light Tuesday. We went directly after school and stayed until 8. Then the next day we went directly after school again but we did not finish until 10. Thursday was the performances. First we had one on the morning for all 8 graders that might going to go to BTW and it did not went that well. It was a lot mistakes with lights and sounds but it worked. Then we had a performance after school on the night and it went much better. It was around 1000 or more people watching each performance. I was not nervous at all until you were on stage and saw all this people. I was lucky, I was sitting in the middle on the back row and our teacher was standing in front of me conducting so it was hard to see me. It was really fun and they taped it so I hope we are going to watch it in school. Since I was playing I did not see all performances.

Friday, everybody was so tired and we did nothing. First period I had graphic art and my teacher was not there and I had no clued what to do so we were taking photos and half sleeping. The next period I had guitar and my guitar teacher was with some of the guitar students in another school playing for them, so practically we did nothing, well I did go and practice and I got some help with one of my pieces from another student and it really helped me a lot. The next period I had physical education and we did work out, not as hard as I usually do. I did 25 push ups in a row!! I am so happy! We are having a fitness test soon and I have to do 25 push ups without resting to get an A on that part and I did not think I could do it! Obviously I can! Then during my history class we played phase 10. It was fun and I am thinking of buying the game. I found some other games in the mall the other week that I am going to buy and give some friends in Sweden.

After school Kevin, Signe, Jeff and I went to Emilee and had a movie night. It was so fun just hanging out with some of my friends. We watched the latest Harry Potter movie which I had not seen so I enjoyed it even if the others had already seen it and thought that I was stupid when I asked obvious stuff. The all read the books and they all had seen the movie. I stopped reading the books in the beginning of the fourth one.

When I woke up Saturday morning I was sick. Not much just a little cold. Watch “It’s complicated” on the computer. I have missed the chick flicks a little. Host mom and Host dad hate the chick flicks so I never get to see them. Well I have seen some of them at Cristi’s house. On Monday is Martin Luther King’s birthday so we do not have any school. Wonderful! Just four days of school. I miss you all! Hope you are having a great time! I am indeed!
